Step 1. Sign in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
Step 2. Go into settings → User Permissions → Manage Your Apps → Authorize a Developer.
Step 3. Enter the Developer Name and ID then click the next button.
Step 4. Authorize new developer – tick the checkbox and then click the next button.
